Vanilla Finance is committed to providing users with simple and transparent financial services. The platform adopts an innovative fee mechanism to ensure users can manage their assets at lower costs. The fees collected by the platform help to cover operational expenses and maintain platform sustainability.

1. Trading Fee:

A 1% trading fee will be applied to all transactions on Vanilla TRS. This fee supports platform maintenance, security, and continuous development, ensuring a stable and efficient service experience for users.

2. Interest:

During trading, the system will charge an interest fee based on the duration of the position. This interest fee will be distributed as rewards to staking users.

3. Liquidation Penalty:

After liquidation, user funds will be used entirely to purchase borrowed assets to repay the loan and interest. If there are any remaining funds, a portion will be collected by the platform as a Risk Reserve Fund, and the rest will be transferred to the Staking Pool as income for staking users.
